Pirate Stadium at Branson High School boasts a 3,000+ seat spectator area, turf field, and an unrivaled performance venue with spectacular view of the Ozark Mountains.

Competition will take place in a Prelims-Finals format with the top-8 scoring bands, regardless of class, making finals. Class winners who do not place in the top-8 scores on the day will perform in exhibition during finals.

Initial entry into the festival will be limited to 20 ensembles: this is due to lot restrictions at the High School. Once the initial 20 spots are filled we will begin a wait-list; If space is available, more schools will be added. All schools are hosted on the High School campus!


*Note: if the COVID-19 pandemic is still ongoing, changes will be made in order to ensure safety and performance opportunity for all students. The date will not change.

Prelims | Finals

The Pride of Branson Bands is excited to present the 5th Annual

Branson Marching Invitational!

Pirate Stadium at Branson High School boasts a 3,000+ seat spectator area, turf field, and an unrivaled, spectacular view. Admission prices are $8 per adult, $5 per student K-12. Concessions will be provided,

as well as the chance for family and students to send Airgrams to those performing after performance.

Ensemble entry fee is $250 per ensemble. Competition will take place in a Prelims-Finals format with the

top-12 scoring bands, regardless of class, making finals. Class winners who do not place in the top-12 scores

on the day will perform in exhibition during finals.

A full 8-member judging panel will be supplied: Music Ensemble & Individual; Visual Ensemble & Individual; Music Effect & Visual Effect; and Percussion & Guard.

- Note: Percussion and Guard scores are not factored into the final score.

 

Prelims Awards will be presented for Outstanding Music, Visual, Effect, Percussion, and Guard for each class, as well as 1st/2nd place trophies for each class. 3rd Place will be presented if a class has five or more ensembles.

Finals Awards will be presented for Outstanding Music, Visual, Effect, Percussion, and Guard, as well as 1st-12th place trophies for all competing Finals ensembles.

We are initially limiting entry into the festival to 20 ensembles due to space restrictions at the High School. Once the initial 20 spots are filled, a wait-list will be made; If space is available, more schools will be added.

Branson Marching Invitational!


We hope to welcome back returning and new bands for another year of top-tier performances, renown judging panel, detailed feedback & evaluation, and superb performance venue in the beautiful Ozark Mountains.

Pirate Stadium at Branson High School boasts a 3,000+ seat spectator area, turf field, and an unrivaled, spectacular view. Ensemble entry fee is $250 per ensemble. Admission prices are $8 per adult, $5 per student K-12. Concessions will be provided, as well as the chance for family and students to send Airgrams to those performing.

This year we will be limiting the initial entry into the festival to 20 ensembles*: this is purely due to space restrictions at the High School. If space is available, more schools will be added.
 

Bands will be grouped together according to total members of the performing ensemble, from Class 1-5.
Class 1: 1-35
Class 2: 36-70
Class 3: 71-100
Class 4: 101-140
Class 5: 141+

Competition will take place in a Prelims-Finals format with the top-12 scoring bands, regardless of class, making finals. Class winners who do not place in the top-12 scores on the day will perform in exhibition during finals. Directors will have a chance to speak with judges after Prelims to receive comments and suggestions on their performance.

 

A full 8-member judging panel will be supplied: Music Ensemble/Individual; Visual Ensemble/Individual; Music Effect/Visual Effect; and Percussion/Auxiliary.
