The Pride of Branson Bands Percussion Ensemble encompasses all aspects of modern

percussion education: Percussion Ensemble, Marching Percussion, Solo literature, and Concert Percussion.

The Percussion Ensemble rehearses on Wednesdays throughout the school year. The primary focus of these rehearsals is percussion techniques and ensemble playing: Marching Percussion rehearses during the fall, percussion ensemble rehearses during the spring. A well-rounded education is the focus for all percussionists throughout the Pride of Branson Bands, with emphasis on individual technical- and musical-proficiency on all percussion instruments. Students regularly receive top recognitions in solo, small ensemble, and large ensemble performances at District and State level music festivals.
